GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ART. 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract stipulated between Dadart and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Dadart. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Dadart will in any case promptly notify the Customer.
By placing an order in one of the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts these general conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions").
These Terms and Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
ART. 2 – PURCHASE METHODS
The products offered for sale are exclusively those available on the dadart.it website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
Once the order request has been received, Dadart reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on DadArt.it
In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, Dadart will promptly notify the Customer.
In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the product description are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).
To place an Order, the Customer must fully complete the relevant form on the Site and submit it after carefully reviewing the Conditions and the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request, if desired, a tax invoice for the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
In this case the customer will automatically lose the right of withdrawal and the right to the guarantee, as provided for by the consumer code, will be limited to twelve months from the date of purchase of the product.
DadArt confirms receipt of the Order by sending an email to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the terms and conditions of purchase, as required by applicable law, as well as the information entered by the Customer in the Order, so that the Customer can verify the information and promptly notify any necessary corrections.
ART. 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes and duties in the billing country. Any shipping or payment costs will be communicated to the Customer in advance through the website or these Terms and Conditions. Please note that separate shipping and billing addresses may be specified, provided they are within the same country. All orders violating this condition will be cancelled.
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros. If the conversion into currencies other than the euro is indicated, it will be purely indicative and not binding for the conclusion of the purchase contract.

For payment, the customer can use the PayPal circuit according to the specific methods of the same. - Credit card
For purchases made using a credit card, the transaction will be processed through PayPal's secure server. Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will DadArt be able to access the customer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. DadArt will not store this data in any computer archive, and therefore, DadArt cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties during payment.
ART. 4 – PRIVACY
The personal data collected when placing the Order will be processed by Dadart.it for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the privacy information on the site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.
ART. 5 – APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution are governed by Italian law, without regard to conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of Patti shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by the Buyer under this warranty or any additional legal warranties.
ART. 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
6.1 Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from delivery of the products, without the obligation to provide reasons, in accordance with current European legislation.

6.3 Return procedure
The procedure is simple and involves the following steps:
- filling out the online return request
- receiving instructions via email
- preparation of the product, preferably in the original packaging
- shipping of the package according to the instructions received
- Return verification and management of refund or replacement
6.4 Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
6.5 Return conditions
Products must be returned intact and unused, preferably in their original packaging.

ART. 7 – AGREEMENT
The contract replaces all previous contracts, agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of the contract, together with the order, the general conditions relating to the use of the site and the conditions relating to the registration service. Any variation or modification of the contract must be accepted in writing by both parties.
ART. 8 – COMMUNICATIONS
All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the other party's address indicated in the contract and in the order. Communications sent to the other party's email address, indicated on the site and in the order, are also considered to be sent in writing.
Communications relating to the validity or existence of this agreement must be exclusively delivered by hand or sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
ART 9 – PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
To complete a purchase on the DadArt website, the Customer must satisfy the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts.
